the gym was a little smaller than i expected, but i still managed a good workout.

the room was quite large, a premier palm view room balcony. housekeeping kept it very clean and tidy each day. i especially liked the views from the balcony (i could see a lot of the area).
The check-in was not great. It took a long time, and i didn't feel very welcome. i found that the breakfast buffet was often crowded. there were quite a few children and it was sometimes difficult to find a quiet spot.

i loved the room design , it felt luxurious. The bed was comfortable and i slept very well. The view of the gardens from the first floor was serene and pleasing to the eye.
During my visit , i found that the beach staff was not consistently attentive. On several occasions , i had to seek out towels and water myself.

i enjoyed the spaciousness of the premier palm view room. it included a balcony. the hotel team offered nice service in the club room. there was a good choice of restaurants available.
The beach staff didn't really look after us. They didn't talk much. on most occasions, i found my own towels. i had to wait a long time for water. the outside had a constant building site. Noise was present all day.

The staff were well-trained and so friendly, it elevated the entire experience. i got a huge pregnancy pillow, so thoughtful. the pool had a convenient swim-up bar. the concierge team was very helpful. They supported us in securing taxis whenever we wanted one.
i felt the pool area could be larger considering the resort's size, though it never detracted from the overall charm.

I was happy that upon arrival, the valet parking staff escorted me to reception. pool staff carried towels and found available sun loungers. the cinema showed kids movies. Many activities were also offered for kids.
the gym facilities were underwhelming. it lacked essential equipment for a comprehensive workout.

I appreciated the friendly staff . The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options and included both local and international dishes. The kids club was very clean and well kept. The staff were amazing and kind to the children.
I experienced slow turnaround service for the room. One night, the staff did not remove the plates with food left from the previous evening. I found the cleaning staff somewhat disinterested.
